Ok Guys Here We Go

Ok I have started the cooking for the Sams club fundraiser this Saturday. We are doing 72 chicken quarters and 6 butts and it wil be a long night but this is what I love so it's worth it. I put the Boston Butts on the offset so I will have to babysit the smoker for the majority of the night. I will start the chicken around 5am and we will start serving around 11am. Amber is making homemade potato salad and we are also doing baked beans on the smoker and you can get this meal for $5.00 at Sams tomorrow. This is such a good cause and one we support that the sacrafice is well worth the time.
