Week 3 at Sams Club

Amber and I will be at Sams for the third week in a row doing the Childrens Miracle Network fundraiser. We have done pulled pork for the last two weeks with good success and we have raised some money for them. This week we will be doing chicken quarters and potato salad and maybe some pulled pork. we have had the CMN rep for Sams helping us for the past two weeks but this week she has to work so Amber and I will go it alone. We are so excited about getting our name and food out to the public. We will be selling plates for $5.00 this week as you get more food. This cook will also be a challenge as I let the butts run allnight but the chicken doesn't take that long to cook so I will have to get an early start of it Saturday morning. We did get orders for butts from last weekend that need to be filled so I will be cooking the better part of Thursday and Friday. We are looking foreward to the challenge of making money for such a great charity.
