Labor Day Weekend

Man it has been a while since I posted so I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to do so. 57 Smokehouse is going to have a quiet weekend and thats not to my liking as I wanted to do some catering this weekend but wasn't in the cards. We are going to drag the rig to papas house on Sunday and do a load of ribs, homemade pork rinds and some sausage. I am looking foreward to spending the weekend with the family and cooking some good food and maybe do a little fishing. We have some good friends that are going to join us for the feast and help with the cooking . I am secretly training a BBQ team they just don't know it yet. I will post pics early next week.
