Harveys Promotion

57 Smokehouse will embark on our newest adventure Tuesday, we have been asked to be part of a promotion at Harveys Grocery store in Hawkinsville Ga. The Manager(Todd Lowe) a good friend of mine has invited us to bring the rig and team to take part in a Pork Roast promotion that the company is launching this Wednesday. I know that this involves some 200 pork roast going on the smoker for a while and a real good chance to show off the equipment and get the team name out. I have been toying with the idea that I have borrowed from the BBQ Brethren and throwing on about 10 racks of Baby Backs and doing a BUCK A BONE promotion to showcase our food,of course permission will be needed. We are really excited for the opportunity to expose the catering side of our team and hope we can get lots of contacts out of this opportunity.
