This weeks throwdow is Sausage and I am making an intresting entry. CORNDOGS yep Sausage corndogs I am smoking Brats with dill pickle slices wrapped in pepper bacon at this moment.When the sausage is finished smoking I am going to bring them in to cool for a while and the they are gettig a hushpuppy batter bath then into the fryer. I am going to present it with a Ice cold beer and some mustard. This recipe was inspired by my Sams Club Rep Rochelle who was telling Amber and I about pickled corndogs she had one time so I wanted to try a variation of it,we'll see how it does.
