Ambers Throwdown entry

Well guys the sausage throwdown entry I was going to make turned out to be a complete failure so I didn't enter this week but Amber got hers together. She made Italian suasage meatballs with a light maranara sauce and pasta. I put the meatballs on the smoker for about an hour and a half and used apple wood for flavor enhancement. The dish turned out really well and should get a bunch of votes this time.
