Steak Night

I think Amber is trying to kill me last night was kabobs and tonight was T-Bone steaks. We have eaten good since the contest on Sat and gonna have practice run loin tomorrow night. I have really had to refurbish my skill on the grill not used to cooking with high heat but it comes back fast. I need a nap after tonights meal and looking foreward to the rest of the weeks meals. The rain needs to get out of here so I can fire the smokers up for the weekend I need to do a few runs on butts.
