3 More days til Dublin

Three more days til 57 Smokehouse BBQ makes it competetion debut and I am so excited. There is alot of prep for a contest that I never thought about but thank God for finding a checklist on the net. I am probably taking way more than I should but I want to be prepared for the unknown. I started this blog over a year ago in hopes of learning all we could about competetion bbq and to share our journey and it all starts Friday in Dublin,GA. We will be cooking in the GBA(Georgia BBQ Association) where Amber and I have been judges for a couple of years. Again we would like to thank Chuck Green and Family for joining us on this journey I will keep everone posted throughout the week and weekend. Wish us luck ALAN
