What a Weekend

We had a big catering job this weekend on the heels of an incoming Ice storm. I had 15 Butts,200 Chicken Quarters and 600 Wings smoked before 7pm Sunday night and we started 7am Saturday morning. We did the after holiday-Holiday party for the local Sams Club and we had nasty weather headed for us. I was so busy that I only took a very few pictures of the whole cook and aftermath. I have a new appreciation for cold weather now and the effects it can have on a cook. Sorry for being so slack on the blog but the holidays are gone and the big caters for the moment are behind us so I will be updating alot more. I would like to welcome our new followers and would like to invite anyone else to please join us...Alan
