Time to update the blog

Well as you can see we survived Thanksgiving and really looking foreward to the Christmas holiday. The holidays are always a hectic time around the Walker house but we manage to get things done. On tap for today is the ground meat throwdown and I will be doing a Christmas inspired Meatloaf..YES MEATLOAF and as usual I wil post pics as I take them. Amber is also cooking in this throwdown and will be preparing a ground Turkey burger that will also be prepared on the smoker. Next weeks throwdown is Potatos and I have the wheels turning for this one but nothing nailed down yet. I will keep everyone updated on this one.
