This weeks throwdown was Po-Boys and did we have fun with this one. Amber did a Tri-Tip steak Po-Boy that was dipped in au-jus topped with a spicy cajun mayo with shredded lettuce and fresh tomato. I made a Catfish and Bacon Po-boy that was topped with a remolaude sauce with lettuce and tomato. Needless to say we ate so good that night. The next Throwdown is going to be a challenge as we have to work with CHEESE. Stay tuned this is going to be a fun one and we have no idea what we are going to do.
