First Throwdown Win

I wont the 4th of July throwdown with Chipotle BBQ Chicken Wings and I was so excited. Now to be fair there were only 4 entries and they all looked good and I only won by 2 votes but the way I look at it a win is a win. I get to pick a catagory coming up probably for the Labor Day throwdown and I won a great cookbook as we get prizes for the special throwdowns. I used a BBQ sauce that was sent to me in our Brethren trades from Northern California and it was a very good sauce in appearance as well as flavor. Well this weeks throwdown is MYSTERY MEAT and Amber and I have no idea what we are going to do but I will keep you posted.. Just wanted to share the win with the blog.
