Tonight I will tackle the XL THROWDOWN and my entry will be two giant samwiches. I am going to grill sweet and hot sausages as well as big links of plain pork sausage, sautee onions and green,yellow,red and orange peppers. I bought two big Italian loaves and we are in business. We got a new camera two weeks ago and we are still learning the settings,it has showed in our last two throwdown challenges. BIG FAT ZERO'S... We should do alot better this go round.
