Easter Sunday is coming and what to cook?
Well this sunday is Easter and I stil have'nt decided what to cook. I was thinking going traditional and doing a ham but that's no fun. I have a brisket and a loin defrosted in the fridge and was going to do those tomorrow for some practice. Lamb would be a good choice but I don't know if the family eats that much lamb and probably be wasting food. Ribs seem to be the way to go everyone loves them and they would give me a practice run for my upcoming comp,kill two birds one stone. Everyone have a safe and happy holiday and I hope the Easter bunny is good to everyone.
