Beef Ribs and a Picnic Shoulder

We did beef ribs for the Brethren throwdown and turned around and sold them before we ever tasted them but they looked so good. I also threw a picnic on the UDS and smoked it all night long and it's in the oven right now reheating and I can't wait to get a slice of it , it smells sooo gooood. I am so looking foreward to the next throwdown ... BURGERS.....
