UDS completed

I got my barrel burned on Saturday and the build and season smoke was Sunday. Today I am doing my first cook on the UDS and I am so happy. this smoker is one of the easiest I have ever used. My plans are to build two more of these and get them tuned right then off to a comp. Don't get me wrong there is a rig in my not to distant future but these things are great. Todays cook is a rack of St.Louis style ribs and I am starving. Alan
