Finally warm enough to get out and use the rib rack Amber gave me for christmas and get in a little practice. No news on the cooker front but soon. I wanted to thank the guys at the BBQ Brethern for checking out the blog and for the feedback for improvement. We are going to explore the catering route but I am sure the red tape here in Ga. is going to be ten miles long and expensive but I'm ready for a change.
